Who you are contracting with

A&G Commers Ltd is not registered for VAT in Bulgaria. No VAT number is issued to it and no VAT is shown on your order.
SnugDock is a trading name of A&G Commers Ltd.
The order
Putting an item in your basket is not a contract. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the item is unavailable, the address cannot be reached, the price shown was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not quietly substitute a different product.
Price
The price shown on the product page is what you pay. **It includes all shipping, duties and import charges — there is nothing to pay on delivery.** No amount is added at checkout.
The terms that apply to you
The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you ordered. If we change this page later, that change does not reach back to an order already placed.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page reduces your rights as a consumer.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of conformity: if the goods do not match what was described or are not of the quality you can reasonably expect, we are responsible for putting that right, and that is separate from and additional to the withdrawal right in our Refund policy.
Whatever this page says about which country's law applies, an EU consumer keeps the mandatory protections of the law of the country they live in. We are not able to contract out of them and we are not trying to.
Governing law
Bulgarian law, subject to the paragraph immediately above.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email **support@snugdock.com** first. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
We are not a member of any out-of-court dispute-resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you keep every route the law of your own country gives you, including the courts there.
Liability
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Using this site
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the shop. Product photographs and text on this site belong to us or to our supplier and are not yours to republish
