Free shipping to the EU and the US. 14-day returns in the EU, 30 days in the US.
Price includes all shipping, duties and import charges — nothing to pay on delivery.
That sentence is the whole of our position on costs. Whatever the carrier or the customs authority charges on the way to you, we have already paid it or we will pay it. You will not be asked for money by the courier, and you will not receive a customs bill. If anyone asks you for a payment in order to release your parcel, do not pay it — email. support@snugdock.com and we will deal with it.
Where your parcel comes from
Your order is packed and dispatched by our supplier, and it is sent from outside the EU and outside the United States. We are telling you this plainly because it affects how long the parcel takes, and because a shop that hides it is hiding something that matters to you.
How long it takes
We are not going to give you a delivery date we cannot stand behind. We are a new shop and we do not yet have enough shipped orders to quote a transit time honestly. As soon as we have real figures, they will be published here.
