Returns and refunds
If something is not right, email support@snugdock.com. Contact support@snugdock.com before sending anything back. We will tell you where to send it and how to get your money back.
If you are in the EU
If you are in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the goods back or of proof that you sent them. You pay the cost of returning the item.
You do not need to give a reason, you do not need our permission first, and the item does not need to be in its original packaging for this right to apply. Telling us clearly that you are withdrawing is enough — an email saying so is enough.
If you are in the United States
If you are in the United States, we give you 30 days from delivery to return the item for a refund. This is our own policy, not a legal requirement. The item must come back in a resaleable condition. You pay the cost of returning it.
If the item is faulty or not as described
This is separate from the two paragraphs above and it is not affected by them. If what arrives is faulty, damaged, or not what was described, tell us and we will put it right. Your legal rights as a consumer where you live are not reduced by anything on this page.
How the refund reaches you
To the same payment method you used. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not deduct anything from the refund except where the law allows it.

Using this form is optional. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing has the same effect.
